Request service or a representative visit

This is a request, not an order. Nothing is activated and nothing is charged until you have spoken to us and agreed to it.

About you

Service address

The address where you want the service, even if your mail goes somewhere else. For rural addresses, a fire number or coordinates help.

Every state has at least one representative. See who covers yours.

We use this to check availability and get back to you. We do not run a credit check at this stage and we do not pass your details to anyone. See the privacy policy.

What happens next

  1. We check the address against the network. Fiber and DSL against the build map and a line test, usually within a couple of hours during business hours.
  2. We call or email with the real answer. Which services reach you, the monthly total including taxes and equipment, and the earliest install date. If nothing reaches you yet, we say that instead of quietly adding you to a list.
  3. A representative comes out. For fixed wireless always, and for anything else where it helps. Survey with a test radio, measurement, photographs of the mount point, hardware recommendation, written report. No charge, and no charge even if the site fails.
  4. You decide. Only then is there anything to sign, and the representative can sign it with you on the spot. Nothing before this point costs you anything.
  5. Install. Two to three hours. Someone over eighteen needs to be present. We test the line before we leave and show you the numbers.

Would rather just talk to someone? Call sales on (888) 902-8232, Monday to Friday 7 to 7 Mountain. It is generally faster than this form, and you get the answer while you are on the phone.

Buying for a company?

Tick “business” above and tell us roughly how many people are on the network and what you run today. Business orders start with a representative walking the site, and we will offer you a call with the engineer who will configure the circuit before you sign anything. See business plans.

Satellite operator?

This form is the wrong one. Ground-segment work is quoted per project after an engineering review — use the satellite request form, which goes straight to an engineer rather than to sales.

Moving?

Use this form and put your current account number in the notes. Transfers within our footprint are free, we keep your rate, and we try to schedule the new install for the day before you move rather than the day after.

Switching from another provider?

Do not cancel them first. We get you installed and working, you confirm it is good, and only then do you call the other lot. If you are also porting a phone number, cancelling early loses the number for good — see digital phone.
