Business service
The same three networks as our residential service, with static addressing, a written response commitment, and a representative who walks the site before anyone signs anything.
All business plans include static IP addressing, a routed IPv6 prefix, unlimited data and no blocked ports. Prices below are for a twenty-four-month agreement; month-to-month is available at $20.00 more per month on every plan.
Fiber Business fiber
Sheridan and the surrounding communities in northern Wyoming. Where fiber is already on the pole past your building, installation is $250.00 with a twenty-four-month agreement; where we have to build to reach you, we quote the construction honestly and spread it across the term where we can.
| Plan | Speed | Static IPs | Response | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business Fiber 300 | 300 / 300 Mbps | 1 | 4 hours, 24×7 | $99.95 |
| Business Fiber 600 | 600 / 600 Mbps | 1 | 4 hours, 24×7 | $149.95 |
| Business Fiber 1 Gig | 1000 / 1000 Mbps | 5 (/29) | 4 hours, 24×7 | $229.95 |
| Business Fiber 2 Gig | 2000 / 2000 Mbps | 5 (/29) | 4 hours, 24×7 | $379.95 |
| Dedicated internet access | 1–10 Gbps | /29 to /27 | 2 hours, 24×7 | Quoted |
Business Fiber 300 costs more than the residential plan of the same speed because of the static addressing, the response commitment and priority restoration — not because the circuit is different. We would rather explain that than pretend otherwise.
Fixed wireless Business fixed wireless
Available in all fifty states and the District of Columbia. This is how we serve business customers outside our fiber footprint: yards, shops, clinics, dealerships, well sites, warehouses and offices in places where nobody is going to trench to the door this decade. Every order starts with a representative on the roof with a test radio.
| Plan | Speed | Static IPs | Response | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business Wireless 50 | 50 / 10 Mbps | 1 | 8 business hours | $109.95 |
| Business Wireless 100 | 100 / 20 Mbps | 1 | 8 business hours | $149.95 |
| Business Wireless 200 | 200 / 30 Mbps | 5 (/29) | 4 hours, 24×7 | $199.95 |
| Point-to-point link between two sites | 100 Mbps – 1 Gbps | Layer 2 | 4 hours, 24×7 | From $175.00 |
Installation $199.00, waived with a twenty-four-month agreement. Where a mast or a non-standard mount is needed, the representative quotes it on site before any work begins.
DSL Business DSL
Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Colorado, Utah and Idaho, on the copper we acquired. We sell it to businesses only where neither fiber nor wireless reaches, and we will say so rather than take the order quietly.
| Plan | Speed | Static IPs | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business DSL 25 | 25 / 3 Mbps | 1 | $79.95 |
| Business DSL 50 | 50 / 10 Mbps | 1 | $99.95 |
Month-to-month only. Business DSL carries a next-business-day response commitment rather than a four-hour one, because the platform cannot honestly support better.
What the response commitment means
Plenty of providers advertise an SLA and then define it so narrowly that nothing ever qualifies. Here is ours in full.
- Response time
- Four hours from the moment you reach us — day, night, weekend or holiday — on business fiber and on Business Wireless 200. Two hours on dedicated internet access. A technician is either on site or working the fault remotely within that window.
- Target availability
- 99.9% monthly on business fiber, 99.5% on business fixed wireless, measured on our circuit from your demarcation point to our border router. On fiber that allows roughly forty-three minutes of unplanned downtime a month.
- If we miss it
- One day of service credit for each full hour beyond the commitment, up to one month of service. You do not have to argue for it — we apply it when we close the ticket.
- What is excluded
- Scheduled maintenance announced at least five days ahead, faults inside your building, power failures at your premises, and events genuinely outside our control. That is the whole exclusion list.
- Scheduled maintenance
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 02:00–05:00 local time at the site. Business customers are emailed at least five days ahead and again the evening before.

Who we serve
Roughly 3,900 business accounts across the three regions: clinics, co-operatives, dealerships, county offices, schools, small manufacturers, and a great many one- and two-person shops.
A representative walks the site
Before a business order is written, someone comes out, looks at the building, checks the roof or the entrance point, and tells you what is actually possible there. It costs nothing and it saves a fortnight of back and forth.
Talk to an engineer first
Ask for a call with the person who will configure the circuit, before you sign. We offer it on every business order because it catches the addressing and routing questions early.
Get a quote for your location
Tell us the address, how many people are on the network and what you run today. We come back with what is available, what it costs, and how long any construction would take.
