We did not build all of it; we bought the operators who did, in the United States, the United Kingdom and mainland Europe, and we have spent since 2021 rebuilding it. In 2025 the provider business was separated out as Net Inc., headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming.

A representative comes to you
We keep 69 representatives across all fifty states and the District of Columbia — one in the largest city of each state, two in the eighteen most populous and in our home state of Wyoming. They are not a call centre and they are not a franchise.
Ask for a visit and one of them will drive out to the address, survey it properly with test equipment, measure what the site can actually carry, recommend the hardware, quote you a real monthly total, and — if you want to go ahead — sign the contract at your kitchen table or in your server room.
The visit and the survey cost nothing, and they cost nothing even when the answer turns out to be that we cannot serve you.
What we commit to in writing
Unlimited data, no exceptions
No cap, no soft cap, no slowdown by volume. How we handle genuine congestion is set out in the network management disclosure and nowhere else.
The price stays the price
No introductory rate that doubles in month thirteen. Every fee we can charge is published on the plans page.
No term unless you want one
Month-to-month on every residential plan, with no early termination charge in any circumstance. A twelve-month agreement exists only because it buys you a lower rate.
